Nick Lidji

Director, Licensing & Business Development

Nick is Director of Licensing and Business Development at Innovius, where his remit spans a wide range of strategies for patent licensing and transactions. His work includes patent platform development, strategic acquisitions and divestments, custom aggregated licensing arrangements and bilateral licensing deals.

With deep expertise in licensing and strong relationships with his network, Nick has worked with clients across the globe, including many Fortune 500 companies. He has helped them in monetizing their patent portfolios, or clearing risk in critical technology areas. In the course of this, Nick has developed extensive experience in the Wi-Fi sector, licensing some of the largest companies in the world to key Wi-Fi portfolios.

Before joining Innovius, Nick was part of the strategy team at Innovius affiliate Marconi, involved with license negotiations, drafting complex patent platform agreements, and helping to shape the company’s strategic direction.

Nick holds a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M Law School and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
